D'ALBORA Marinas is Australia's largest marina operator with seven marinas in Victoria and NSW. In 2015, following delivery of a number of marketing programs, Twentieth Letter was engaged as the retained agency responsible for the businesses overall brand, marketing and communications strategy and delivery.
Twentieth Letter, in conjunction with it's design partner created a new brand identity and foundation, developed a new website and took on digital strategy and social media and community management. We're very much enjoying now taking this to the boating masses.
LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL
We love local government and working with an exciting and committed Events Unit on strategy and planning. Liverpool Council initially engaged Twentieth Letter to run a series of workshops on placemaking and activation for their CBD.
Engaging some of the greatest minds in the business, Twentieth Letter developed an events program designed to capture the essence of the community and the brand evolution of this growing city.
COCKLE BAY WHARF | JLL
Engaged with our creative partner Tiny Hunter in 2014 to create a new brand foundation, creative delivery and marketing strategy, Twentieth Letter is tasked with the ongoing delivery of the strategy and program for Cockle Bay Wharf. Considered as part of the site team, our role includes liaising with State government authorities on activations, working with retailers, managing digital assets and delivering events and activations. Most recently these have included Vivid Sydney and Hunter by the Harbour.
This property company has an impressive pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed use developments including The Paper Mill on Georges River in burgeoning south-west Sydney.
From project marketing to media strategy, Twentieth Letter's primary deliverables included community and stakeholder engagement, communications and copywriting, social media and digital management, PR and media and events. Our work in the space contributed to Coronation winning the 2016 UDIA Award for Excellence in Marketing for The Paper Mill.
For three years Twentieth Letter was the retained marketing agency to Sydney Airport providing strategy and delivery to the retail and corporate affairs business units with an on-site team.
With responsibility for campaign development and execution, creative briefs, retailer engagement and budget management and reporting, Twentieth Letter delivered innovative brand, corporate, retail and food + beverage, cultural and community campaigns. Our community campaign for Sydney Airport raising over $160K for Variety - the Children's Charity was an award winner at the 2014 Shopping Centre Council of Australia Marketing Awards.
In no better example of our Brand Ambassadors in action, Twentieth Letter was engaged by Mirvac (Broadway) to staff the new and innovative Collection Bar and Customer Service desk.
We are proud of this ongoing relationship across this and other Mirvac assets as our Brand Ambassadors continue to be the face of the shopping centre to customers as the need arises.
For the past 3 years Twentieth Letter has been proud to service Westfield Sydney at it's busiest of times by providing their customers with a Christmas gift wrapping service designed to delight. Concept, theming, wrap, equipment, customisation... and importantly trained staff - who wrap and chat and keep their poise and charm throughout the silly season.
